  • Will I be protected as a qui tam whistleblower?

    Yes. Whistleblowers are protected by various laws and regulations.


    In qui tam cases, typically, your identity will be kept confidential for years and won’t be disclosed until the case is resolved and made public.


    Some whistleblowers worry that exposing fraud could jeopardize their jobs or careers. Fortunately, the law provides strong protections against employer retaliation. It is illegal to terminate, demote, harass, or otherwise punish whistleblowers. 


    Whistleblowers are protected against retaliation not just by their current employers, but also future employers.

  • What type of reward will I receive?

    Your financial reward for a successful case will vary by the type of claim and size of the fraud. 


    A whistleblower can receive 15-30% of any judgment in False Claims Act qui tam cases depending on the result, and some rewards have been in the tens of millions of dollars.  

  • How do I pay for my lawyers?

    We work on what’s called a contingency fee basis. That means we as a law firm are only compensated if you receive a reward. Our fee is a percentage of your reward.
